Mats Segerström - President
Mats received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College in 1980, with a major in Psychology and Social Relations. He is a founding partner of Place Consulting, a dedicated team of senior-level advisers focused on making Places — our towns, cities, and regions — thrive by developing local and regional business opportunities that make places work.
Returning to Cambridge for his 25th reunion, together with his wife and three children, was extremely memorable. Seeing Harvard and Cambridge in festive guise made a great impression, in addition to all the good memories from the past that were brought to life. Mats has served on the Board since 2013 and was elected President in April 2014.
Gunilla is one of the co-founders of the Club and started out as its Vice President. She has served on the Board since 2007 and was President of the Club between October 2008 and April 2012. Gunilla is an LL.M from Harvard Law School and is currently Deputy Director at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, working mainly with Human Rights.
Erik is an LLM ‘11 graduate of Harvard Law School and has practiced international arbitration with the Dispute Resolution Group of Mannheimer Swartling. He is currently a judge at the Stockholm District Court.
One of Erik’s best memories from Harvard was the parties and the good atmosphere of the Game weekend 2010 which was completed with Harvard beating Yale in the Ivy League football game! Erik has served on the Board since 2013.
Ingrid Hummingson Warmerdamm
Ingrid has studied both at Harvard College and at the Graduate School of Arts Sciences. She is a Medical Doctor and currently practices in the US. Ingrid has served on the Board since 2009.
Graham graduated from the Harvard Divinity School and later learned the practice of psychotherapy from Robert Goulding and Mary McClure Goulding at the Western Institute for Group and Family Therapy in California. He is also deeply engaged in cybernetics, which he learned from Gordon Pask in London. Graham has served on the Board since 2008.
Hugh graduated from Harvard College and is Professor of Ethnology at Uppsala University. Hugh has served on the Board since 2009 and is currently engaged in, inter alia, the Membership Committee.
Aline Reichenberg Gustafsson
Aline is an MBA ‘07 graduate of Harvard Business School. She has served on the Board since 2013 and is also the president of HBS Club of Sweden.
Tobias studied the General Management Program (GMP 15) at HBS during 2013. He has for the past 15 years worked as a lawyer at Delphi & Co and as in-house counsel at Accenture/Verizon. After returning from Harvard he focuses on product development within “legal services” at the multi-service company Moretime. Moretime is a supplier of shared services within finance, salary administration, bookkeeping, management and law, which will be listed in 2014. He is married to Anna and they have three sons. Tobias joined the Board in 2014.
Madhuri is a 1993 graduate of Harvard College who went on to study medicine at New York University and later do a residency in internal medicine at Stanford University. She currently lives in Stockholm and pactices medicine at Karolinska University Hospital. She has been active in the club since moving to Sweden in 2011 and is now, with the support of Harvard College admissions, spearheading an active effort to recruit youngs Swedish students to study at Harvard College. She is also responsible for coordinating alumni interviews for college admissions. Madhuri joined the Board in 2014.
Jens Jacob Fredriksson
Jens Jacob is a Medical Doctor and currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Medical Management Centre, Karolinska Institutet, where he primarily studies innovative management practices in health care. He spent his time at Harvard as a Visiting Exchange Student in Health Care Management during 2009. Jens Jacob joined the Board in 2014.
Ander holds an LL.M. from HLS (class of 2004). After having spent five years as a lawyer in NYC, Anders moved back to Sweden in 2011, and he is now an attorney with the law firm Lindahl in Stockholm. Anders is married to Sara and has two kids – Oliver and Leona. Anders joined the Board in 2014.
Martina Salander - Student President (currently at Harvard)
Martina is junior at Harvard College and serves as the President of the Club's Student Chapter since August 2014. The President of the Student Chapter is automatically a Deputy Board member.
Patrik Johansson - International Liaison Officer
Patrik joined the Club as its first member after it was founded in May 2007, and he has since been a Club volunteer. He has served on the Board since 2011.
